And I'm Antonio Dodge.

Today we're going to talk about growth transitions, and particularly the word transitions

is what we really want to unpack today and talk about because

we think there's some gold to mine.

Now back in podcast episode number 13 we talked about making scary changes in your life.

So we touched on this a little bit,

but as we were talking today about transitions

and the differences in transitions,

we were really thinking about the time period of

transition itself so making scary changes we were talking a lot about you know the

decision points and all that stuff and this is more about not so much

moving inside of growth levels not so much moving from like one part of growth to another like in a

developmental level so this is the actual place where you're between those

times and what is that between time,

that space in between look like?

Yeah, well, two major reasons

why I wanted to talk about transitions in particular.

The first one is I got an email from somebody who in their

email they sounded rather distressed. It was basically an email of like hey so

I've been listening to your podcast for a while and really like what you have to say.
