Anyway, I've got our guest, Kevin on, and he will be with us in just a moment.

I met Kevin on Facebook, but he's actually been listening to the podcast for a very, very, very long time all the way back to like, back in those days when I used to drive around the car and scream at people in my little Volkswagen jetta, and we did the show remotely, or I should say mobily, and he also is a mushroom cultivator. And I was posting some stuff about mushrooms, and he had some thoughts on how much mushroom a person could grow in a small space like an apartment. I thought that was a great topic because I hear from you guys all the time. Like, I don't have a lot of land. I have a little garden home. I have an apartment. I have a house, but I live in a Karen-filled H-O-A, and I can't do anything.

And mushrooms, and this is something I've gotten very big into in the last about four or five

months, are just an amazing source of nutrition and an incredibly valuable food source.

And you can grow them in a space, you know, it's the footprint of a small closet, you could probably

grow more than you'll ever eat. Now, if you want to grow larger than that and turn in like

a commercial operation or something, and Kevin is kind of small scale commercially, you got,

you need more space, right? But for one person, guys, I'm telling you, like one Martha 10 can

just produce more mushrooms than a typical family is going to want to use.

And then it's not just you're producing food and medicine that is a very nutritious form of food and medicine.

It is that you're producing expensive food in medicine.

Last time I was at Albertsons, they had tons of the little white mushrooms and portobella mushrooms and baby bellas and brown.
