Welcome back to the epic gardening podcast and today we're talking with and we're kicking off actually a series with Tobias Pegs of Square Root Grow.

Now this is actually a farm and of Square Root Grow.

Now this is actually a farm and project

that I wanted to see when I was out in New York,

but unfortunately schedules didn't work out.

I didn't have the time to do it.

So I figured the next best option

was to have to buy us on the podcast

and bring his wisdom to you I think it's such a cool project that they're working on

and it hearkens back to how I started out in gardening which would be

hydroponic growing but they're approaching it in a way

that is simply next level.

And I do really mean next level.

The level of sophistication that they're bringing to hydroponics and urban food

production is something that's just really impressive and so over the next

six episodes you are going to hear the ins and outs of how it works,

how maybe you could even get involved,

and just some really nerdy technical plant

and hydroponic and future of food type of information.

So first of all, we're going to kick it off. Tobias is going to share who he is and

then he's going to give us a high-level overview of what Squareroots Grow as a project is trying
