0:23.7	Jake and Gino in April of 2021 and has over 10 years of real estate experience. Within the
0:29.0	multifamily space, he has GP and joint venture done seven properties totaling 400 plus units
0:34.6	and participated in another 1,500 units plus with limited partnership interest.

0:42.3	Thank you, Gino. I'm excited to be here. Thanks for having me.
0:44.6	So, Bernard, let's just jump right into this. You've got a lot of experience. I remember when we
0:49.3	met first at one of the boot camps, what propelled you or what inspired you to join Jake and Gino?
0:54.8	Because you had a lot of experience. What were the pain points that you were having in real estate?
0:58.1	Right. So before Jake and Gino, I was doing mostly real estate development. And my passion
1:04.3	always, I knew it was in multifamily. I just wasn't really applying it. I was scared. I wasn't
1:10.4	as intentional as I wanted to be.
1:12.9	And with time, I started before Jake and Gene,
1:15.4	I started progressing towards multifamily,
1:17.3	started getting into LP deals,
1:18.7	started getting into a couple of small portions of GP deals.
1:23.0	But it wasn't at the speed I wanted to.
1:25.0	And I just joined Jake and Gino and things really changed for me.
