Hey, girlfriends. How are you? Hope you're doing well. Thanks for being here. Thanks for showing up for

for another episode of the Girlfriend's Podcast. I'm always happy when we can connect together this way.

And this week, I'm recording on Tuesday morning because I didn't get to it yesterday. Yesterday was a day off,

so I have that excuse built in. Some of my kids were home from school. Dan was home from work. I was out of work. So it was

kind of a chore day around here, which was great. I mean, I needed that, especially after

being away this weekend. So I was in Tulsa this weekend for the Together

and Holiness Marriage Conference. So shout out to Tulsa. It had been quite a long time since I'd

been to Oklahoma. And it hasn't changed a bit. You guys are great. They were wonderful, friendly,

welcoming people in Tulsa. And it was a great conference. You know, I really love talking to

married couples. It's always so fun. And this particular talk that I gave talking about differences

between the sexes and communication style and how to how to show more love in your marriage.

It was really well received and I love to give it. But one thing that really struck me was that, you know, I'm always talking to women and about their motherhood and empowering them in their motherhood. That's what my whole omnipotent book and study is all about. And in this talk, I touch a little bit on that, of course, but also talk about empowering men in their fatherhood and the ways in

which our culture fails to do that. And I cannot tell you how much I was inundated by men

afterwards telling me thank you for saying that. I never hear that from anywhere. It was

really refreshing to hear that. It really made me feel like I touched upon something that men are hungry for, men are longing

for.

And I don't know how you can use this, except maybe to empower your own husband in his fatherhood.
