Summary

One of the most interesting elements of the enneagram are the different groupings of three. Today we are going to go over six groups of three. This can be helpful for several reasons 1. It can deepen your growth 2. It can deepen your understanding of self 3. It can help you to understand why certain types that seem like opposites may sometimes seem like one another. The groups of three we’re discussing today are: The Hornevian Triad The Harmonic Groups The three centers of intelligence Three subtypes The harmony triads or the object relations triad ( not to be confused with the harmonic groups ) -- Call/text your enneagram questions to (828) 338-9127 Grab a copy of my books at www.thehonestenneagram.com & www.theenneagramletters.com Check out my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/sarajanecase Join the club enneagram newseltter: https://chipper-crafter-9166.ck.page/5481d16bf7 Learn more about your ad choices. Today I had an interesting observation. I started maybe a couple months ago asking myself every

0:19.5

morning how do you feel today? How do you feel this morning? And I really started that practice

0:24.8

from a place of trying to gather data or trying to get in tune with my feelings and particularly

0:32.2

my negative emotions. And what actually has happened is more so I've started to notice a pattern

0:39.5

and it's not it's like I tend to wake up kind of with a general similar disposition and I almost

0:47.2

every single day right that I'm feeling like indecisive or uncertain and that's coming from a place

0:52.9

of like FOMO like trying to find the best way to have a day. And almost every morning I

0:59.4

and it's so fascinating because this is something that has been so on autopilot for me that I almost

1:06.8

didn't notice it but kind of doing this little practice I've picked up on okay every day I'm like

1:13.8

obsessing over how am I going to have the best possible day and until I can really I try to

1:20.4

intellectually like pick it out in my brain so they can guarantee I'm having the best day possible

1:26.3

every single morning which is an interesting use of energy and I'm really glad that I did that

1:32.1

practice because it's like opening my eyes to some data about myself that I don't know that I

1:37.8

would have had otherwise. So let me know if you try it because I'm I'm super interested in

1:43.1

if we all wake up with a similar disposition or a similar like thing on our mind most days

1:48.4

and what that might look like by our any aggram type but that just lets like on my head this morning

1:54.3

but for today's episode we are talking about some interesting elements of the anyogram

2:00.4

which are these like different groupings of three so today we're going to specifically talk

2:05.0

about five of those groups of three and this can actually be so helpful for several reasons.

2:10.6

The first is it can deepen your growth journey giving you much more like actionable steps into
