triggered while I move through my healing process. What advice can you give? It's a good

question, Stephanie. Now when we're in a healing crisis, a healing crisis simply means that

the old patterns, emotions, mental constructs are bubbling up because you're shifting your vibration, you're shifting your frequency.

So two things happen. You do become more sensitive.

At the same time, there are things that are bubbling up to be released,

to be transmuted, so to speak.

So when that is occurring, you become aware, you know that that's going to happen.
