Well, hello once again, everybody, and welcome to season 16.

We can't believe we're 16 seasons in, Jeff, but this is an amazing season.

We can't wait to tell you about this.

This whole season, you're going to love it.

We have some amazing guests, and we're going to be talking the entire season about the apologetics of Revelation. You might ask, what are apologetics? Apologetics is

not the Christian art of apologizing for something. It is a reasoned explanation or a reasoned

defense for what we believe in. So typically apologetics come in different flavors, including

apologetics about science or things that verify that the Bible is true. Fulfilled prophecy,

if you've watched this for any amount of time, you know that that's a huge apologetic,

proving that the Bible is from God. Well, today, we're going to start off this season,

talking about several different things throughout the season related directly to eschatology that are actually

performing as apologetics for the Word of God right now. So we'll explain that a little bit further,

but that's the baseline for this season. Yeah, Todd, I think most people don't think about

Bible prophecy as an apologetic as a way to

help convince people of the validity of the Bible, the credibility of Jesus, of the prophets.

But Bible prophecy, it validates itself, but it's also a powerful tool.

I mean, you think about how do I help convince my loved ones, my agnostic

relatives, my atheist friends, whatever, of the reality of Christ. Well, Bible prophecy

is, I think, Todd, and you've said this many times before, one of the most powerful apologetics.

And, you know, I think about 1st Peter chapter 3, verse 15, he says, but sanctify Christ

as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a

defense to everyone to ask you to give an account of the hope that is in you yet with gentleness
