Okay, now we've just been for Brecky, haven't we? Yes. What were we talking about? We were talking about Grogbog, which is something that I had never heard of before. Let me just, Alan, have you ever heard of Grogbog? Yeah, it's a cocktail, isn't it? It's a toilet cocktail of some sort, I guess.

Yeah, there was an article I was reading, before me and Lucy came to record the podcast this morning,

there was an article I was reading about, in the national newspaper, I may add, about grog-bog, which I'd never heard that term before.

And apparently it's what you do in the toilet after a night of drinking.

And the gentleman involved was asking a doctor what to do about grog-bog.

Have you heard of Grog-Bog?

I have never heard of it. It makes me think back to my drinking days and what my poos were like at the time, which is really, you know, I never thought I'd be going through that thought process this morning. I never noticed that they were particularly different when I, when I, but maybe they were just always the same because I was always hung over. Yeah, yeah, so he just accepted them. But anyway, it was funny in the article that it wasn't to say that stopping drinking would make grog-bog-bog better.

It was actually ways to still drink, but still not have grog-bog, if you know what I mean.

Yes, exactly. So nowhere in the article did they say, maybe drink a little bit less. No. And then you're doing normal poo in the morning. It was just how to do, yeah, not grog bog boos and have a full meal and drink lots of water and all these other ways of getting through the toilet experience the next day. It was just weird. The obvious answer from the doctor was, stop drinking. Yeah. But no, that never came up. Yeah, but just trying to find other ways around it so you can carry on drinking but not have the side effects the next day. I wish it was a cocktail though, because that is a good name for a cocktail. Maybe Alan could start a little alcohol-free brand called Grorog-Brog. Yeah, I had not had... Is Grog an Australian term? Yeah, Grog, I think, is an Aussie term, yeah. So they must use different phrases for that morning after poo in different countries. I don't know whether we have a name for in England. Yeah, if anyone would like to let us know the name for that in your particular country,

who will be fascinated.
