Summary

This episode, what I'm doing for the next 30 days is going to sound crazy. I get it. It needs to be done though because I'm locking in on how I'm blooming versus worrying about laboring to earn money. In our culture 9-5'ing/grinding is where our energy primarily goes and if there is anything left we do a little tending to ourselves. I'm flipping the narrative for the next 30 days and making self-care the primary and working secondary.

Listen in to learn more about the framework I'll be using. Also, feel free to join me or watch on my Youtube channel and let me know your thoughts!

or a place where our well-being is secondary and the job is the primary.

So again, I'm flipping that model where my well-being and the well-being of other black women in my community is the priority, is the primary, and income is secondary.

0:58.5

That's how it should be, especially for black people, specifically black women, because of

everything that we've endured over the last X amount of centuries in this country.
