1:17.5 | a deep understanding about grief herself, but also, like I said, a unique way to be able to express |
1:23.8 | that and impact others. Her name is Sandra Morgan, and she is the co-founder of |
1:28.8 | Letters from Elizabeth. It's basically a subscription service that offers stories of grief |
1:34.9 | to those who have experienced loss. Now, these stories can be very heartwarming or kind of |
1:41.1 | heart rendering, gut-wrenching, depending on,, depending on what it is that's being discussed |
1:46.0 | because they're coming from somebody who has experienced grief herself and what that looks |
1:51.6 | like in the expression of that. |
1:53.3 | And as you know, the grieving journey takes you on a roller coaster ride. |
1:56.4 | And I think it's important to be able to feel connected to those stories that share that journey with you and make you feel like you're not alone. |
