I want to step back and go, why don't you just take this?

Because what we're really beginning to talk about is how we allow our own hearts to enter into disappointment and to some degree disillusionment in a way that

opens our heart to greater grief, but also the potential for greater gratitude. So to step back

and to say, what we've attempted to cover is that grief, much like a colander, sifts out

sorrow and leaves with it in so many ways the substance of our heart being more open,

or at least the potential to be more open, because grief is a form of emptying.

But it also moves us forward, in one sense, seeking that which our hearts are most meant for,
