And on today's episode, we're going to be discussing the 2020 film, Gretel and Hansel, directed by Oz Perkins, starring Sophia Lilis, Sam Leakey, Jessica DeGao, and Alice Creach. This is a movie that's based on the popular folklore about a pair of siblings that wander into some woods

and end up in the house of a witch.

Brian, I think this was something that was on your radar.

Was there a lot of buzz around this movie?

I don't know.

I mean, in the horror community, there was a little bit because Asgood Perkins has done

the Black Coat's Daughter, which a lot of people, some people I saw mention on their top... community there was a little bit because as good perkins has done the black coat's daughter

which a lot of people some people i saw mentioned on their top 10 of the decade wow yeah that was

2015 and then uh he did another one on netflix i am the pretty thing that lives in the house

yep i don't know if you've heard that one. I've seen the cover.

I don't think I've watched it.
