Lagoon from 1954.

Carlson, Julie Adams, Richard Denning, Ben Chapman, and Rico Browning.

In this movie, a group of scientists searched for an unknown creature after finding a strange

fossil along the Amazon River. And this is a request from our listener Rod, who recently

joined our Discord server, recently as we're recording this, but months ago when you hear this.

And he asked if we could cover a universal horror film, which I'm ashamed to say we hadn't done yet,

and we've probably both not seen very many of them.

And this is one of the handful that he had mentioned

being among his favorites.

They even, I feel like when you think about Universal Horror, you think of some of those

ones from like the 30s and 40s, maybe stretching into the 50s like this one, but The Invisible Man.
