Yeah, it's pretty cool to talk to wrestling coaches.

Yeah, I bet.

You had a great story.

I want you to tell this story about Brian Smith because I was laughing so hard.

Do you mind telling it?

Yeah, yeah.

So it was, I don't know, I can't remember.

Whenever Missouri left the Big 12 conference, they, Missouri joined the SEC.

And I happened to be in Columbia doing a show that day, that night.

So whenever I go to Columbia, I go hang out at the wrestling office with Brian and, you know, the assistants, you know, Dom and Kendrick and those guys.

Yeah. And just, I just love wrestling.

So I'm just hanging out there talking wrestling, bothering those guys.

So I go up there, well, that day it's crazy up there.

And Brian's getting calls from all over the country saying, hey, I just heard that the

Mizzou's joining the SEC.

Obviously, you guys are dropping wrestling.

Do you care to comment?

He's like, we're not dropping wrestling.

At the time, Mizzou was a perennial top five program.
