Well, it was inspired by my wife. Actually, I didn't think I would write it. And she wondered if some of the regular blogs that I did could be repackaged. And my agent didn't really like that

idea. But what she did like were some of the backstories in the

blogs that I had done. And interestingly, the greatest response that I typically get from the

executives around the world that read my blogs seem to always resonate most powerfully with these

historical examples. So I think the thing that, so that's how it was

inspired. What makes it different is that this is really, these are, these are bite-sized chunks.
