This time we actually have Sean Overton on with us.

No technical gremlin shut us down this time and we're going to talk about the work he's done at a place he calls Dust Up's Ranch.

And I've looked at his YouTube channel in some of his videos and it's a pretty bad gone good name for it.

There is an awful lot of dust in West Texas now I don't think

there's a person in our community that hasn't one time or another been looking at

land options and saw that you could buy like 300 acres out in West Texas for less than a new pickup

truck and thought to themselves, man, maybe I should do that and then thought, yeah, but will anything live out there including me can I

really do Jeff Lawton is greening the desert thing in West Texas Sean

decided to take that to another level and instead of experimenting

with it in his mind, put down the money, put down the roots, put down the effort and try to make

it work. And I believe he has about 320 acres if I remember right out

there that he's working on and I've been watching some of his stuff and this is something a lot of you guys

when we were trying to get Sean on last time.

We're really excited to see him.

We're going to have him on today and I think this is a really cool discussion.

You know, we keep hearing nonsense about we're going to have a civilization on Mars.

I think until we can make a civilization out in the West Texas desert,

we might want to stick to Earth.
