open our bibles to the book of james let's look at the word today let's pray over it before we do

father god we thank you for your word we thank you for every good thing that it's done in our

lives in the lives of those that are around us that it's done through our lives lord we ask for

utterance today that it be the very word of god that it not be the words of man not just an idea

or an opinion but the truth that sets us free.

And, Lord, we ask for your help and we ask for ears to hear it, a heart to receive it, Lord.

And we thank you in advance for the changes that it will make,

that we will never be the same again from this day forward.

And we thank you for it in Jesus name amen thank you

Lord who well last week or was it wasn't last week a couple weeks ago we were talking about

wisdom and temptation and patience talk to remember that? Anybody was here?

The Lord was helping us.

I should have.

I still got to get the CD or the DVD because I ain't heard it yet.

But it was good while we were doing it

because the Lord was helping us.

And we knew it was the Lord.

You could tell it was the Lord

because it was coming out the way he wanted it to come out.

And so we're going to continue a little bit along those tracks,

looking at James I and looking at this temptation.

You know, temptation is not an opportunity to fail.
