because DMs get lost really easily, but I happen to find this one. And someone said, I just

listened to your podcast episode, Satan wants you to waste your time. You spoke in there knowing about your identity. But the thing that I struggle with is my purpose. I know who I am. I know God put me here, but what is my purpose and how do I go about finding it? I've asked God to guide me to find my purpose, but it hasn't come. My kids are all in school for three years now, and I'm a stay-at-home mom.

I thought that once they were all in school, I would be able to find my purpose outside of

motherhood, but I am really struggling to find what I am, quote, supposed to do, unquote.

And I thought this was a great question as a follow-up to Satan wants you to waste your time.

It's super easy to waste our time in all kinds of ways. And we've talked about that already.

But I thought this was a really good topic to discuss about how do you find your purpose and what you should be doing with your time.

So we had kind of a preliminary conversation about this. And my initial reaction

to this girl was to just talk to her about, I love that she was seeking answers on this. And

I told her, I think sometimes people get overwhelmed by needing this huge purpose or huge mission.

And sometimes what God needs even more is just

ground level ministering and service and missionary work, time in the temple for us. That's a priority

for you. It might look like something different. But we're going to kind of talk about some ways that

you can invest your time in things that will matter in eternity, in the next life, that you'll

die someday and look back and say, I'm really glad I spent my time this way.
