Because what you're really doing is you're saying you do not have it. How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast. an excellent message for you because we do spend a lot of time meditating, praying, you know,

working on the things that we want. But I think it's important that we do it the right way.

There's a way that's going to focus on the lack and then there's a way that's going to focus

on the having. And we want to focus on the having of the abundance because everything is truly ours on this planet to share, to use

together and to achieve, whether that's a position, financial, you know, amount of money, a healthy

position, whatever it is, we can achieve it, but we can't do it from a lack mindset. So this is going to be

focusing on that how you should be doing your meditation, how you should be doing your prayers,

and how you should have that self-talk that reinforces what it is that you want. But of course,

before we get started, we're going to take a deep breath. That way we can slow down, zero in,

really enjoy this time together, build a more positive

mindset, and do a little bit of healing. So we're going to imagine that we're surrounded by a high

frequency, high vibrational light. When we breathe it in, it's going to loosen up any negativity,

anything that's weighing us down, anything that's holding us back. And when we breathe out,

we're going to be left feeling lighter and in a more at-ease state.

So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in and hold it.
