| 1:37.5 | cupping a little ball in between your hands and your fingertips are touching each other and they're |
| 1:47.1 | closed together touching and also your thumbs are touching. It looks as if you have your hands with your |
| 1:57.9 | fingers upward at your chest praying. It looks like the prayer position or depending on where you |
| 2:07.8 | live this is very cultural. This could be how you place your hands if you live in Japan and you bow to say thanks or to show |
| 2:16.9 | respect to someone. So this is the gratitude mudra that you could do right along with |
| 2:22.2 | today's gratitude meditation as you greet the day. |
| 2:26.8 | So settle yourself into your meditation and begin to relax the different areas of your body where you may be holding tension. |
