They are the proprietors of Grass Fed, which is an all-vegan butcher shop right here in Rochester,

New York, and we love them and we love all of their quote-unquote meats.

Yes, and we don't generally have foodies on, but they take their entrepreneur life a lot deeper than you'd think.

It's really their type of activism,

and they're just super interesting people.

So we wanted to have them on because there's still not that many vegan butcher shops in the country.

There's definitely a few incredible ones,

but it's still few and far between,

and we're lucky enough to live down the street from it.

So it was a really cool discussion,

and the cool discussion continued on this week's
