Today we're going to be talking about those unique challenges and sharing some practical tips on how to navigate them gracefully. growing old together? I think different things. I was kind of thinking through some couples that I know

and just, and it thinks that Nancy and I've been through. I mean, definitely change physically.

I think in the most part, it seems to affect women more than it does guys, just because we're a little more self-conscious of that.

Life job changes.

I mean, maybe you're not able to do some of the activities you used to do.

And so you have to do with that.

I think retirement, I've got a couple of friends that

retired early in the last year. And so they're home all the time. And all of a sudden, there's

some territorial dispute in the house. And like the wife's saying, go somewhere. Go somewhere. You're

not supposed to be all the time. You know, and so so far both of them have you adjust to that when that comes.

And for a guy to do retirement well, so he's not one of those guys that retires and dies a year later because he's bored.

I mean, you know, those are some challenges to do and how do you work those things out.

You know, and one thing's that, you know, a doctorate would do, like when friends dying, you know, I talked about with, like when friends dying, you know, Nancy started out. I was just thinking about that. I had three fraternity brothers that died

within the first years of our marriage that died just right out of college. And then Nancy
