I am Bob Hassan with my great friend, Sean Bowles.

Sean, we have our old friend Shea Binds on today, don't we?

We do, and it's got a lot of fire in your spirit because we're talking about both, you know, to Shea, of course, and then something that we all need to help with, which is how to lead from Grace, not the grind, which is her whole message. And she's inspired generation of kingdom minded entrepreneurs so many, like thousands of them. And Shea Binds is the chief fire igniter. She's a pioneer in faith-driven business movement and the also bestselling book, Grace Over Grind, which is another book. She's going to talk about it as well. But first, Bob and I want to have a real talk about something we hear all the time. Bob, what are we going to be talking about? Well, if we're going to be talking about, can you be vocal about your faith at work? Should you be vocal about your faith at work?

Is it a sin not to be vocal about your faith at work? How do we do it, Sean? Well, let's dive

into the question because when and how should we be vocal about faith in the workplace? You were one of my favorite people on this because you went through a season. I want to ask you about where you were vocal and then you actually, like now, it's just the culture of your business where you guys just through the culture itself, it preaches Christ daily. But not every believer is called the plaster of faith all over their brand or bring the Bible to every boardroom.

And we celebrate those who are and who can.

But sometimes it's bold and out loud.

And other times it's subtle behind the scenes and influence.

Yeah.

In my experience, my company, when I was young and first in business, I had, you know, in the late 70s, the Christian fish on my van and my business card.
