🎙️ Today on Exploring the Marketplace with Shawn Bolz and Bob Hasson:
Affectionately known as “Chief Fire Igniter,” Shae Bynes joins us for a powerful conversation about what it looks like to lead and do business with God’s grace instead of striving in your own strength.
With over 25 years of experience—from corporate leadership at a Fortune 50 company to founding and advising Kingdom-driven businesses—Shae has impacted more than a million people worldwide through her writing, teaching, and mentoring. She’s the author of the bestsellers Grace Over Grind and Grace Under Pressure, inspiring leaders to build cultures where people and results flourish through divine partnership, not burnout.
In this episode, Shae shares her incredible story of how one unexpected encounter with God at a business conference completely redirected her career—and her heart. From leaving corporate life to pioneering the Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur movement, Shae reveals what it means to walk with the Holy Spirit in the marketplace and allow grace to lead even in high-pressure environments.
💼 Whether you’re an entrepreneur, executive, or creative, this conversation will challenge your definition of success and awaken you to the truth that God’s grace can take your business where grinding never will.
👉 Tune in as Shawn, Bob, and Shae discuss walking in divine rhythms, cultivating grace-empowered leadership, and partnering with God for transformation in the marketplace.

She's a pioneer in faith-driven business movement and the also bestselling book, Grace Over Grind, which is another book. She's going to talk about it as well. But first, Bob and I want to have a real talk about something we hear all the time. Bob, what are we going to be talking about? Well, if we're going to be talking about, can you be vocal about your faith at work? Should you be vocal about your faith at work? |
| 1:33.7 | Is it a sin not to be vocal about your faith at work? How do we do it, Sean? Well, let's dive |
| 1:40.9 | into the question because when and how should we be vocal about faith in the workplace? You were one of my favorite people on this because you went through a season. I want to ask you about where you were vocal and then you actually, like now, it's just the culture of your business where you guys just through the culture itself, it preaches Christ daily. But not every believer is called the plaster of faith all over their brand or bring the Bible to every boardroom. |
