1:36.0	It is September 25th, 2023 and I'll tell you.
1:42.0	This week has already got off to a pretty interesting start.
1:46.0	Number one, because the week started last night, a really, really fantastic marathon,
1:52.0	kind of an episode that I did with Matt Christiansen filling in for the irreplaceable blonde.
2:00.0	But I sat in for a night and we did the news.
2:04.0	We talked a little bit of this. We talked a little bit of that.
2:06.0	We did super chats and then we had a big lengthy discussion about personal issues, faith, God, and all that toward the end.
2:13.0	And that went past midnight Eastern time.
2:16.0	It was really something special.
2:18.0	It has been a long time since I've been on with Matt.
2:20.0	I had to fill in for blonde once before I was asked to it and have to very honored to have been asked.
2:26.0	And today, got to sit down and start writing for quite frankly.
2:32.0	A fresh, fresh week, fresh off of this health retreat.
2:37.0	I'll talk a little bit about the retreat later though.
2:39.0	I'll spare a lot of the details and bigger themes for October 6th.
