Hello ladies and gentlemen, it is a little unorthodox what's going on right now.

It's 10.19 pm and I am sitting in a nice little inn in Vermont and it is the second night

of J. Goulinello's perpetual health retreat and I just kind of say I'm having a great time

even though it's a little hard being away from Lauren and Aurora.

I really wish that they were here to see all this especially the mountains but I said

I would check in so that's what I'm doing.

So I was managed to set up a hotspot over here in this little inn of mine.

It was built sometime in the 1800s as it has burnt by way of fire twice since then.

I don't know, I wouldn't call it haunted.

I would call it, I don't know, maybe a little.

It's just that it's very old and a lot of people have passed through these hallways.

You just know but there was a fire in the 1800s, there was a fire in 1920.

The new management, they've owned the place for about three months now and they're very

nice.

They're very pleasant.

It's a clean and decent inn.

It's just old and I'm the only one from the retreat in here.

So I'm making the best of it, making the best of it but the mornings aren't early breakfast

is between 6 and 8 am tomorrow, Saturday.

The 23rd is the day of the cold plunge as you all have heard.

So that's what's going on for me tomorrow.

I'm just going to, it's just going to happen and that's it and I've kind of accepted it
