I would like to recognize you coming out of the woodwork

to help us out here this week.

Obviously, the only way we could be sitting here in a brewery broadcasting,

talking with these amazing elite professional athletes is because there is a team actually doing the hard work

setting up the staging area down in Marine Park, just a few steps away from where we sit.

And it is raining right now.

Our real race director, Jeremy Long, will be joining us in studio here for a little RD update here after we dismiss the pros.

After we talk to Jeremy, we are going to do a quick preview of tomorrow's race, the 30K.

So if you're new to the Gorge Waterfalls, whether you're here in studio with us or watching on YouTube,

it is a three-day trail running festival here in Cascade Locks, Oregon, which is a PCT trail town.

Cascade Locks is a trail town to the core, the perfect place to celebrate our event.

And the 30K will kick things off tomorrow at 10 a.m. The 100K, which all of these athletes are going to be running
