race weekend lea yingling who's also running the 50k tomorrow yeah excited for that i'm pretty exhausted

but i was just telling these guys up here i can't even complain about being exhausted right now

because of the work that they put in and then you put in all day.

It's amazing to see. Well, we're grateful to have you here. We're grateful to have everybody here.

It is standing room only here at Gorgeous Beerco, and we are grateful for each and every one of you

for showing up here today. It's not for Leah and myself, but for our amazing panel that we've

convened here today. the women's podium,

joining us first. Before we get to it, a big thank you is in order to, especially the team

behind the scenes over here, Ryan Throar, Jacob Meyer, our friends at Speedland who provide all

the great support of our race here this weekend and of our coverage. And of course, like I said,

the great people here at Gorgeous Bruko. Before we get into it, I just want to tease something that's very important and not Gorge related. Tomorrow morning, very early, I think about 6 o'clock in the

morning. There's going to be some major breaking news in the trail running world. You'll hear about it
