I welcome Andrew McCarthy of the National View Online, and that is McCarter of American

Greatness to comment on the ongoing civil trial of Donald Trump former President of the

United States now candidate for the presidency again in 2024.

But before that, a series of trials, the others are much more serious because they involve

behavior that can be argued to be criminal.

This is a civil trial, however, and there are some important guidelines about a civil

trial.

So I turned to the former prosecutor for the Department of Justice Andrew McCarthy

to understand, and I'm looking into your wonderful two pieces in the National View Online.

And I'm led to understand there's some rules here that are fresh to me having picked

up what I have on courtroom from television.

This is not a jury trial.

The judge is very much in charge of this, and it's going to go on for three months.

And the defendant, if that's what he's properly called, is Donald Trump, but the penalty

is money.

Is that correct?

It's we're talking about at the end, the worst case scenario is you have to pay money

and give up some responsibilities.
