My podcast is all about teaching how I went from Sad to Savage, my lowest point in where I'm at now to where I'm at now with my healthy habits and routines that have helped me.

bit of a journey. So I, I spent most of my 20s working in the festival industry, so organizing

live scale events and festivals all over the world, which was awesome. But I also spent most of my

20s not really actually being true to myself.

Like I lost kind of my own sense of personality and who I was and actually found myself leaning a lot onto drugs and alcohol to kind of help me fit in, if that makes sense.
