into our blog on a daily basis. Now, the question that I get asked more than anything

on my website is, how many words should my blog post be? Now, the quick answer to this is,

longer is better. That is assuming that all of your content is quality. Before you even start

worrying about how many words your post have to be,

you need to focus on delivering quality content. That means going to step further than what everyone

else does. Now there is a strong correlation to word count because if you have a really long post,

Your 2,500 word post is probably going to be better than a 400 word post because there's

Let's start with what is the average word count of the top 10 Google results.

SERP IQ found the average word count of post ranking number one on Google was around 2450 words.
