Hey there and welcome to wake me up. My friend, the energy you put into the world is the energy you will get back.

And I know it may not always seem that way in the moment, especially when times are hard.

But the universe is always working for us, not against us.

And this meditation is designed to help you conjure that good energy,

those positive vibes, so that you can get back from the universe what you're

putting out. And as a result, you'll be reminded that everything is working out for you exactly as it should.

So find a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in. And if you are starting this in bed and you'd like to roll over and sit up,

and now's a good time to do that. But of course you can meditate in

whatever position you like the best. And once you find that comfortable

Mentally set aside anything else you have going on after this, or anything else you were
