because they are attractive and because it does give them a particular boost in their ego.

There's a lot more to it than just the physical look.

People that work here, they almost have a uniform.

They're all very smart and well-groomed.

Most workers, men and women, are dressed in suits.

Looking presentable can be a requirement in lots of companies.

Smart clothes, command an impression of professionalism to the general public,

be that to customers, clients or even the competition.

Law is probably one of the only professions where we still have fancy dress to an extent.

So we see people wandering around the halls of court in wigs and gowns and it's all very centuries old and oldy-worldy.
