Good evening. The show begins tonight in Latin America. I asked Mary Kissel, my colleague, who worked with Secretary of State Pompeo and went on many embassies overseas with the State Department apparatus, what Marco Rubio, the new Secretary of State, can expect to find in his Central American venture, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, and then out to the Dominican Republic, all friendly states.

There is business to be done about the Darien Cap and all of the states participating in allowing the millions of

refugees to flow through the Darian Cap and then proceed to the Mexican border where under the Biden

administration there were not much turned back. However, it is a new administration and what is Mr. Rubio looking to achieve with President Malino.

President Trump is talking about reacquiring, taking back, annexing the Panama Canal Zone.

There are a lot of things in between annexing and the status quo ante, which is not acceptable,

about refugees and about the Chinese investment in the canal, influence peddling.

It can be understood once upon a time.

We then turned to the question of Hong Kong.

The owner of the two ports at either end,

Hutchinson, is owned by a Chinese billionaire who lives in Hong Kong. I asked Mary very carefully.

In Hong Kong, if you have a billion dollars, are you out of reach of the Chinese Communist Party,

or do you do its bidding? The answer was obvious. I just wanted to answer. Ask it out loud.

And then to Caleb Weiss and Bill Rajio to talk about ISIS growing in Africa, in Sudan,

in West Africa, the three states that just left ECO-WAS.

We speak especially of Sudan, where ISIS is one of the warring parties.

There is two militias warring with each other.

The Russians are present, siding with one side and then another.

ISIS is present.

The question is, what is to be done?
