There is an appointment to be made by the governor of Ohio, Mr. DeWine, to replace the Senate seat now vacated by Mr.

Bance, who becomes vice president, on January 20th.

Bernie Marino has been elected to the seat that heretofore held by Sherrod Brown.

So, and then there is the Secretary of State, the Attorney General,

and the Lieutenant Governor of Ohio, all young men, looking for either the governorship or the Senate seat.

A deep bench in Buckeye State says Chris Regal and I agree with him.
