| 0:38.7 | challenging space to be. But what it really boils down to is discomfort in many ways. A lot of |
| 0:45.3 | times when we feel uncomfortable with a situation or uncomfortable with, you know, a specific |
| 0:50.9 | thing in our relationship, let's say with our desire and something that we want to |
| 0:55.0 | ask for sexually or at work when we have to have an awkward conversation with somebody or a |
| 1:01.2 | challenging conversation with an employee who, you know, we need to performance manage. |
| 1:06.3 | So on any side of the spectrum, it can be very uncomfortable to put ourselves in some of these |

| 1:12.1 | And for some people, just deciding when to stay or when to leave, when to have those |
| 1:16.7 | conversations or not have those conversations can be very challenging to decide whether or not |
| 1:22.1 | it's going to be beneficial. Let's look at this from a different perspective. So in order to grow, so let's just talk about growth for a second, you have to step |

| 1:37.2 | And so, you know, think of any time that you've grown physically, mentally, emotionally, |
