We are in a series of messages that we've called pretty ugly people and today I want to continue with an

installment that I'm calling good deeds in a naughty world. Good deeds in a naughty world. We all know that doing good deeds or kind acts to strangers

is something we should do. We all know that paying it forward is a better way to live than always wanted to take.

We know that to choose random acts of kindness is a beautiful way to live.

And I think deep down we all aspire to and want to live our lives out in a way that is wonderful,

that people are like impacted by it. And I think we know that that's good for us to do for others but what's

amazing to realize is that it's also a better way to live for you

and that people who you know, and that people who, you know, are kind by nature end up living longer and end

up being healthier. It's good for your body. And also, you end up just being a happier person,

a more enjoyable person.

One study I recently came across,

found that if you are able to do five kind things a week.

Now that shouldn't be too hard, there's like seven days.

Right, if you're able to just do five, five,

it means you get two days off, right?

Five days out of the week, you do something kind for somebody you know pay for the person behind

you and you know the drive-thru after you check what to see what they got you

like you can I'm gonna be kind within reason, you know, it's like, right?

Oh, they got what?

Dang it, one of everything.

All right, perfect.

Well, I was just kidding about that.
