Summary
On April 9, 2015, 28-year-old single mother Heather Bogle was last seen leaving the parking lot after working a night shift. The day after she disappeared, her body was found inside the trunk of her car. The lead investigator pursued three innocent people of color while the real killer walked free. CBS News Correspondent Jim Axelrod reports.
