She's truly making a name for herself and also propelling the beauty industry forward when it comes to inclusion, diversity, true representation.

And a lot of you might have seen her on social media and are probably following her.

So without further ado, I'm going to introduce you guys to Gloria George.

Hi. Thank you guys so much for having me. I am so excited to be here.

It's such an honor. Such an honor. I really love your work.

Like I said, we were talking before. I'm such a fan,

you know? And since I saw your first video, I was like, she's really going to do something huge here.

I knew immediately. So, and you have. All that being said, I want to learn more about you. And I know

you have such an incredible background and your journey into the beauty space. Kind of walk us down memory lane, if you don't mind.

Genuinely, it was just the lack of access.

I just constantly remember going to, like, the grocery store with my mom.

And like, while she'd be shopping, I would be in the beauty section.

I'd be like, nothing actually works for me.

And obviously, I was young, so I couldn't really conceptualize the reason fully as to why

until I actually probably end of year, end of like my senior year and then early college, when I

realized, okay, the girls are putting on makeup and I don't have anything. And it's not that I don't

have anything. It's also just the fact that they're not making anything for people that look like

me. And so it was really hard pill to swallow, I feel like, just because being excluded to such

lengths whenever it comes to something as simple as like blush or concealer or foundation,
