you about mindfulness to start off with. What does mindfulness mean to you, Harriet? For me,

mindfulness is being still, being quiet, enjoying the moment, and just enjoying things in the moment. And for me,

because I lead such a very busy life, I'm always running ultra marathons, I'm taking care of

this, that, and everything else. I need to be in a moment of stillness where I'm quiet and I'm enjoying breathing.
