quadrants of Portland including up, people who know Portland, I went up Terwilliger Boulevard, which is about a two mile long hill, nice steady climb, and then ended up going across the Selwood Bridge. Thank heavens it didn't fall down while I was on it. It gets a 2 out of 100 as far as bridge
