Will Frankes. We're going to talk about LSU baseball season now underway. Two weeks in the books,

Tigers have won six of their first seven games. So we'll talk about that and what's to come for the team.

Big challenges this week. It's LSUO, we traveling to the state of Texas to take on Dallas Baptist,

and then three games in Frisco, Texas, against Kansas State, Nebraska, and Sam Houston. So we'll talk more about that.

We'll also later in the show be joined by Doug Thompson. William, of course, a great LSU All-American, and now one of the broadcasters for the LSU sports radio network. He does color analysts work. Also does play-by-play at times when Chris Blair is not available. So looking forward to talking to Doug as well. Oh, of course. I mean, you know, Doug, kind of like you, is a guy that's been around the program for a while and has a very deep love for it.

And, you know, it was really good to talk to him and hear what he has to think about, you know, the current roster, the state of college baseball.

You know, we talked about Skip Burman a little bit and the impact he's had on LSU.

Doug is a very insightful guy, of course, a national championship pitcher here at LSU under

Skip Burtman. He's been very successful in his professional life. He has three young boys, and he and his wife, Jesse, who he met at LSU. They're raising a great family. And Doug's just a great representative of LSU and LSU baseball. So definitely looking forward to hearing his thoughts about the 2025 team. And of course, course in general the state of college baseball.

season so far. William, your thoughts? LSU's won six of its first seven games. It's opened with

the sweep of Purdue Fort Wayne, defeated Southern in a midweek game. The game with Nichols was

pushed back because of weather in Tibado. So we played

Omaha three games, one two out of three. Did serve our first loss of the year. So six and one on
