I'd meet my new teacher and look forward to making new friends.

But kids this year are looking to a very different experience.

For millions of students back to school, this year means back to the laptop.

Cases among children are rising as well, and the battle intensifying over reopening

school and whether it's safe not just for kids, before the community is at large.

School districts across the country have been working overtime to figure out how to

go back to school safely if to do it at all.

We're already watching as schools and colleges are opening up, and then this is happening.

This morning, quarantine numbers in one Georgia school district on the rise.

More than 1,000 students now forced to stay home after dozens tested positive during

the first few days of class.

Tonight, Notre Dame going virtual for at least two weeks.

After 19% of students tested were positive for COVID-19.

There was the outbreak at UNC Chapel Hill that forced the university shut down its on-campus
