president for Unify Equipment Finance. I'll tell you about time when I was an entrepreneur.

I started my first company at the age of 22. I was funded by my father. My brother was

my partner. However, like any partnerships, I decided to exit the business and sold my shares to my

brother, which landed me in corporate America. After being an entrepreneur for seven years,

and now landing in corporate America, I took my mindset of an entrepreneur and brought it within

the confines of a corporate America. For the last 20 years, I've been an entrepreneur. And what

that means is I have the mindset of an entrepreneur within the confines of an organization. I look at

things differently. I ask why. I challenge your status quo. And I've been able to do this while rising up the corporate ladder.

Today I'm CEO president for an $80 million company. When I started, I was a territory route.

I became a director of sales, I became a VP of sales, and now for the last seven years I've been CEO president.

You might be asking yourself, why is that important to me?
