At 14 30 hours, the Boulder Police Department began receiving phone calls of shots fired

in the area and a phone call about a possible person with a patrol rifle. Officer Talley responded

to the scene was the first one to see, and he was fatally shot.

Mike Murphy, sad day, and before we get to our usual BS, let us pay our respects to Officer

Talley who had seven children and the nine other people who died in that grocery store

in Boulder, Colorado, very, very sad. And you could hear it in the police chief's voice

as she made that announcement.

Yeah, look, absolutely. I mean, we have had these tragedies at Lanna, now Boulder, of

course, the Capitol insurrection, and also the killing of Officer Brian Siknik. I mean,

far too many American civilian casualties and dead hero cops through all this. And, you

know, we've been to this pain before in other places. And maybe this time will return

to action. I'm sure we're talking about the politics later here.

Yeah, I'm afraid we have to. Yep. No, it is what we do is hacks and good times are bad.

So as we, as we put those, those heroes in our thoughts, we're, we're move on to politics
