What's hidden behind busyness is avoidance.

There's something you don't want to think about, you don't want to deal with, you don't want to face.

And for me, I truly was blind to it.

And it really wasn't until, like I said, therapy that I understood, like, oh, I'm not happy.

I'm not happy.

When I sat still and I really just listened to my internal self, I was like, oh, I'm really

lonely.

I feel very, very alone.

And I didn't even know I felt that way. There's no rushing the healing or the

hardship. You have to go through it. There's no way out except through it. And that I know for sure.

So I was like, all right. All right, God. Take the wheel. Because I surrender. I don't know what I'm doing,

how to get out of this, what my life

is going to look like at the end, but I trust in you that you have a divine plan for me

and I'm just gonna put my hands up and flow. God's timing is never rushed by our impatience in this Dunya, for he is always in

control of all plans, and we're in control of the steps that we take towards his plans.

You know, sometimes in moments of hardship,

we tend to feel as if God has forgotten us.

But it's in these moments when we are truly reminded of Allah's mercy and his love for every one of his creations.
