I do remember points in my life briefly where like when I would get upset I wouldn't eat.

As a child, that's how I dealt with stress and that's how I asked for help.

Because we don't think about crying for help in that way,

but actually when you refuse to eat some form of seeking attention,

I need help and I don't know how to ask for help,

and I want you to know that I'm in pain.

Sometimes I have parents do things that we think are wrong,

but they had no intention of hurting us.

So how do I move forward? I have to forgive my dad. I have to forgive my mom. I have to realize that actually they didn't mean to hurt me. Your perspective of something isn't the same perspective
