Hello my friends and welcome back to the morning mindset. If you're new to the

morning mindset, welcome this is our opportunity to get our minds align with the truth of God's word today and you are in a

really good position if you're new because we're just starting a brand new series

through Paul's epistle to the Roman because we're just starting a brand new series.

Through Paul's epistle to the Romans,

we are in Romans chapter 1 versus 1 through 2 today.

Friends, I want you to go back in your memory to the last time someone broke a promise to you.

Isn't that kind of a devastating crisis in our lives when that happens?

Someone tells you something that you're counting on,

that you're really believing they're going to do,

and then they don't come through.

Many times it can have dramatic impact on your life because you've counted on that and you've

maybe made plans in light of that promise.

Well today in Romans chapter 1 verses 1 through 2 we are going to look at a promise that God made and that God kept.

In fact, God keeps all his promises. They never fail. And we are going to see what is perhaps one of the most important ones today.

Before we do that friends though, I want to ask you if you would consider being a monthly supporter

of the morning mindset for as little as five dollars.

Now there was a time when the support that people gave to the morning mindset

enabled me to step away from my other business pursuits long enough to record these

episodes each week and that is not quite the situation anymore. Now I am

pastor of a local church and I can't really step away from those circumstances.
