So, Ben, before we start today, I was curious if you'd be willing to give kind of a little update from our last episode that we recorded because that made quite a splash.

And I know it was really close to the actual moment when we recorded.

So I'm just kind of curious how it's been in hindsight.

Well, one of the weird things about recording that episode was we recorded it and even when

we recorded it, I wasn't sure we were going to release it. I just wanted to like see how I felt about it, but I was like, well, at least we'll have this like

this in-moment conversation. And then a month later, it came out and so much had happened

in the next month. And so people were like in that moment with me, but I was past that moment.

And so I'll share some things that have happened since then. So I have, like, I got my

temple recommend back. I've been back a number of times, like four times, I think, since then.

To the temple. Uh-huh. Yeah. And the first time I went, I just went on my own. I was like,

did you go back to the Payson Temple to kind of like full circle? I have not been back to the temple. It's just so inconvenient so far.

Tell that to the people who live hours away. They just heard it. Complaint in the comments,

everyone. I'm six hours away. Anyway, sent to the pros that he's at a temple, which is the temple I live

closest to. And it was like a beautiful spring day like there

were flowers and as I was walking the temple I just like felt this like huge wave of emotion and then

when I like I scanned my recommend and then went in uh like walked down the long hallway and I just like

started like getting really emotional and I would say I was experiencing like three big emotions. One was like
