Let's pray together.

Father in heaven, I ask that you would come now and make the mountains that might block the rising of your sun from our face to be leveled down.

And I pray that the valleys where we might be sunk down so low we can't see the rising sun would be lifted up.

And I pray that any twisted way that is delaying our arrival at your presence would be straightened.

And I pray that the glory of the Lord would be seen by all the flesh in this room.

And that any who is dead spiritually and unable to see spiritual reality or see it as beautiful that you would raise the dead and that Christians who have dried up or

sunk in their discouragements would be quickened and that your glory would become the supreme

treasure of our lives so that we might make much of it at work, at play, at home in church, and then eternally

in your presence in the new heavens and the new earth.

So I ask that as Rory and I speak your word,

it would run and triumph here and far beyond Kutumba, cross Australia and far beyond for decades

to come.

I ask this in Jesus name, amen. So what I'm going to do in my three messages is talk

about three of the discoveries that I've made in my life that have been most shaping of the way I think about everything and the way I do

ministry, the way I do my fathering and my husbanding and everything else. These are three discoveries

that most of them were made between the ages of 22 and 25.

Those were the epic making years of my life

in terms of paradigm shifting and the discovery of things that would shape the rest of my life.

And not much has altered in what I discovered in those days.

I've simply been trying to go deeper and apply farther what the Lord through

some really key teachers and through some really key dead teachers and his word

showed me in those days.
